Clayton Homes Modern Green i-House - Green Building : Jetson Green i actually like these quite a bit. if i had a vacation house on the beach or in the mountains, this would be it. even better would be a small vacation rental community somewhere. these homes are ideal for short-term stays because they’re small (less to clean), efficient (keeping the vay-cay bills down), and relatively inexpensive to maintain (more profit for the owner).

California architect Nabih Tahan built a home that uses the heat generated by appliances to heat itself using a ventilator, improving efficiency compared to average homes by 80%-90%.
